Shipping & Returns

Every plate and bowl easily handles heavy dishwasher cycles and microwave heat. Our bright glazes are fused at high temperatures to ensure they never fade or peel.

Avoid sudden extreme temperature shifts. Do not transfer stoneware directly from a cold freezer into a preheated oven to prevent stress fractures in the clay body.

We carefully wrap each kiln-run order in sustainable, protective packaging. If your ceramics arrive damaged, we will ship a replacement immediately.
